You can access our website without providing any personal data. When you use our website, our server automatically records certain information such as the file name, IP address, date, and time of access, as well as your internet service provider (access data). This information is used solely to ensure the proper functioning of the website, improve our offerings, and protect our interests. All access data is deleted after seven days.

  3. Collection and Processing of Data for Order Fulfillment
We collect your personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us, e.g., by signing a contract, placing an order, or contacting us via a form or email. Some fields are mandatory because we need this information to fulfill a contract or address an inquiry you have made. Without providing this data, you cannot complete an order or contact us. The data we collect depends on the forms in which it is entered. We use it to fulfill the contract and respond to your inquiries. After completion, data processing will be restricted, and after the storage periods specified in tax and accounting regulations, the data will be deleted unless you have given explicit consent for further use of the data or we reserve the right to use the data further in accordance with applicable legal provisions. To do this, please send a message to our contact address provided in the “our contact details” section.
  4. Data Transfer

To fulfill an order, we may transfer your data to a courier company responsible for delivery, but only if it is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on your chosen payment service provider, we transmit the collected payment data to the credit institution handling the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider you selected. Some payment service providers collect data independently if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must log in to the payment service provider to provide your access data. We only transfer data in cases necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, and some payment service providers and couriers have their headquarters outside the European Union. In such cases, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

If you provide consent, we will provide your email address and phone number to the selected courier company so they can contact you before delivering the order to coordinate delivery. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us a relevant message to our contact address or by sending a message directly to the courier company. We will delete your data unless you give explicit consent for further use of your data for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to use the data further in legally permissible cases.

  5. E-mail-Newsletter
If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your personal data provided to us for the regular electronic delivery of our newsletter based on your explicit consent. You can opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by sending a message with this information or by using the link in the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you consent to further data processing or assert your rights to data processing in accordance with legal regulations. The newsletter is sent by a service provider who processes data on our behalf and is located in a country within the European Union or the European Economic Area.
  6. Cookies
To improve our website and provide the ability to use certain functions, including displaying relevant products or for market research purposes, we use cookies on our websites. The use of cookies allows us to analyze and assess user interests, serving the protection of our legitimate interests, which is to present our offers as effectively as possible. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on the user’s device. Some of them are deleted after closing the web browser (session cookies), while others remain on the device and allow us to recognize the user’s browser upon their next visit to the site (persistent cookies). The storage period of cookies depends on the user’s web browser settings. The browser can be configured to receive information about the use of cookies and to have the option to accept or reject them in specific cases or entirely. Information on changing cookie settings is available in the browser’s help menu. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

  7. Advertising Using E-Marketing Tools
Google AdWords Remarketing is a service offered by Google LLC, which enables the promotion of a website on search results and third-party websites. When you visit a website, a Remarketing cookie file is automatically left on the visitor’s device, allowing for the display of interest-based advertisements using a pseudonymous identifier (ID) and based on the visited pages.
The processing of data as part of this service serves the protection of the company’s legitimate interests, which is to optimize the functioning of its website in the market. Additional data processing only occurs if the user gives consent to Google to link browsing history and app usage with their Google account and to use this information for personalizing advertisements displayed on websites.
The Google AdWords Remarketing service is offered by Google LLC, which holds the EU-US Privacy Shield certification, confirming an adequate level of data protection. Users have the option to deactivate cookie files used for remarketing and obtain additional information regarding the use of cookie files and relevant settings on the Digital Advertising Alliance website.

  8. Social Media Plugins

On our website, we use so-called social media plugins, such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Instagram. After displaying a page containing a plugin, the browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of these service providers. The plugin is then transferred directly to the user’s browser and integrated into the page. As a result, service providers receive information that the browser has displayed the page, even if the user does not have a profile or is not logged in to the respective social media service.

If a user is logged into one of these services, the service provider can associate the visit to the website with the user’s profile on that social media service. If a user interacts with the plugin, such as by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the relevant information is transmitted directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there. This information may be published on the respective social media service and visible to contacts added there.

The privacy policy of service providers describes the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as further processing and use of this data. Users have the right to contact the service provider and protect their privacy through appropriate settings in their browser, such as blocking scripts using “NoScript.” If a user does not want social media services to associate data collected during their visit to the website with their profile on the respective social media service, they should log out of that service before visiting the website.

  9. Our Contact Information and Your Rights

You have the right to receive free information about your personal data stored by us and to correct, restrict processing, delete, or transfer this data. In case of questions or the need for correction, blocking, or deletion of data, as well as to withdraw consent granted or object to the use of specific data, please contact the data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

If we process your personal data to protect our legitimate interests, you can object to such data processing in the future if you justify it with your specific situation. If data processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you can always object. In other cases, you can only object for reasons arising from your particular situation.

After expressing your objection, we will not continue processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests and rights, or if data processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. However, if data processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, we will not continue processing your personal data for this purpose.
